Disable IPv6 on Ubuntu

add to /etc/sysctl.conf

# IPv6
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1

then

sysctl -p
